Eagle 66 Replica Oil Can
Tired of using cheap, mass-produced oil cans around the shop, we decided to make something better. Inspired by the classic Eagle Model 66 oil can, we created our own fully functional replicas, individually machined from solid brass and aluminum right here at Butterfield Machine.
These vintage-style oil cans aren't just great-looking workshop accessories — they're built to be used. We use ours for applying cutting oil during machining operations, but they're suitable for dispensing a wide variety of oils and lubricants.
Precision Machined, Built to Last
Each Eagle 66 replica oil can is assembled from 28 individual components, with every part machined in our shop except for the O-rings, springs, and check balls.
The top cap, base, and valve body are precision machined from 6061 aluminum, while the remaining metal components are made from brass. The combination of materials gives each oil can a distinctive appearance inspired by the original Eagle Model 66 design.

Important Details
The exterior of the brass body retains its original supplier surface finish rather than being machined smooth. As a result, some oil cans may have minor surface scratches or marks. These cosmetic variations do not affect functionality.
