Our Copper Buffalo Nickel Fidget Spinner combines solid tellurium copper, classic Buffalo Nickel accents, and a premium full ceramic bearing to create a distinctive everyday carry (EDC) accessory.
Unlike mass-produced fidget spinners, each one is 100% hand-machined on manually operated equipment at Butterfield Machine. The result is a compact, beautifully crafted spinner designed to be carried, used, and enjoyed for years to come.
Solid Tellurium Copper Construction
Machined from solid tellurium copper round bar, this spinner offers the substantial feel and distinctive appearance of real copper.
Two Buffalo Nickels are pressed into the spinner buttons, with one displaying the heads side and the other the tails side. These classic American coin designs complement the warm copper finish and give the spinner a timeless, vintage-inspired appearance.
Over time, the copper naturally develops a unique patina, adding character and making each spinner increasingly distinctive with use.
Premium Full Ceramic Bearing
While the appearance is decidedly vintage, the bearing is anything but.
Each spinner features a full ceramic 608 bearing, constructed with:
- Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls
- Zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) inner and outer races
- Precision 608 bearing dimensions
This premium ceramic bearing costs more than many complete mass-produced fidget spinners.
But we didn't design these to break spin-time records.
With a compact diameter and mass concentrated closer to the center, our Copper Buffalo Nickel Spinner is lighter than many oversized machined spinners.
Frankly, we're more interested in creating something with a classy, vintage look and feel than something you need a stopwatch and video camera to enjoy.
