Each FlatTop begins as solid copper round bar and is individually machined into its distinctive low-profile shape.

The Copper Buffalo FlatTop spins on a 1/16-inch silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic bearing tip.

With proper technique and a suitable surface, the FlatTop can achieve spin times of approximately 2 minutes. Actual spin times will vary depending on the spinning technique, surface, and conditions.
